Landon is the owner of Summit Solar and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the commercial solar industry. Having worked directly on large-scale solar sites, he understands the challenges that come with keeping systems operating efficiently and reliably. He leads the team with a practical, field-first approach and takes pride in making sure every site is operating at maximum production.

Devin plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. As our mechanic, he has the knowledge and experience to diagnose and repair nearly any machine or piece of equipment we use. Devin also assists with transformer repairs, bringing valuable technical skill and problem-solving ability to every project. His versatility and dependability make him an essential part of our team.

Trevor is our Solar Technician and has been a valued member of our team for several years. His extensive hands-on experience has allowed him to diagnose and resolve nearly every type of issue that can arise at a solar site. Trevor has consistently demonstrated loyalty, drive, and a strong work ethic. His knowledge and dependability make him an essential part of our operations.

Reese is Summit Solar's certified drone pilot and an expert in DJI drone systems. With her FAA drone pilot license in hand, she brings precision aerial capabilities to every site — capturing thermal imaging, RGB surveys, and site mapping data that helps our team identify issues faster and more accurately than traditional ground-based methods.

Eldon joined the Summit Solar team this year and has already proven himself to be a great addition. He brings a wealth of outside electrical experience that adds real depth to our crew — his background gives us another skilled set of hands on complex electrical work and helps us tackle more jobs with confidence.

Kody is a Solar Technician who brings a broad knowledge of solar systems and a genuine willingness to help everyone around him. Whether it's troubleshooting in the field or jumping in wherever he's needed, Kody is the kind of team member who makes every job go smoother. His expertise and team-first attitude make him a valued part of the Summit Solar crew.

Bronson grew up watching Landon run solar sites and soaked up every bit of it. He can do it all — from driving the trucks to diagnosing and fixing any solar problem that comes his way. If something needs to get done or someone needs a hand, Bronson is the guy to call. His versatility and can-do attitude make him one of the most valuable people on the crew.

Cuco has been with us for over 30 years and is truly a part of the family. As our Lead Vegetation Manager, he leads his crew in mowing weeds, spraying, and keeping every site clean and clear. He takes pride in making sure the work gets done right — his crew runs a tight operation and you can count on Cuco to have every site looking sharp and production-ready.
